Walla Walla Steak Co. Catering Trailer

This was one of the largest projects our team had taken on as of 2019.  This 36ft triple axle 5th wheel was brought to us by our customer to convert into a monstrous mobile catering kitchen.   After the build, our customer even nicknamed the trailer Angus Prime.  (A play on transformers Optimus Prime).   It truly is a beast.

Porked Out BBQ Food Truck

We were hired by the owners to build this truck for it's final destination in Idaho.  This was a from scratch build of a truck we had in our inventory.  The customer never saw the truck in person until they came to pick it up!  They were blown away at the quality of the build, and now are killing it at their location in Idaho.

Casa Rosita Taco Truck

This truck build was a shell built by another builder, but then gutted and re-built by our team to bring the entire truck up to WA State L&I code.  A new hood, all new equipment, plumbing and electrical overhaul, along with new propane tank under the chassis were just a few of the upgrades we brought to the truck.

Iron Wok Winnebago Food Truck Conversion

This was a very unique project.  The customer purchased a used Winnebago with a slide out and asked us to convert it to a massive mobile kitchen.  The end result was a asian cuisine food truck equipped with high end refrigeration, built in 12kw power tech generator, custom gas and electrical system, and is now operational in Kennewick, WA.

Mobile Canning Trailer

We built this trailer from scratch for a customer who wanted a professional mobile canning kitchen they would park anywhere and create delicious jams, jellies, and other culinary creations.   The crown jewel of this trailer is it's Imperial Range.  Other notable features are the custom prep and sink areas, and ample storage throughout the trailer.

El Tapatio Food Truck Renovation

If you have ever eaten a street taco, chances are you ordered from one of these california taco truck dinosaurs.  Our customer brought the truck to us, to help upgrade the truck to meet current WA State L&I code, among other operational upgrades.  New hood, exhaust system, LP gas system, overhauled electrical, and more are just a few of the things done to this truck.

Picante Mexican Taqueria

This food truck was originally built as the Gourmet Grub Bus by our team.  Then it was brought back to us to overhaul, upgrade and become a 2.0 version of its original self.  Now this truck is slinging amazing tacos in Kennewick, WA.

Dos Amigos Taco Truck

Dos Amigos was a full build from scratch for customers operating out of Covington, WA.  Built as a traditional taco truck, it has a functional layout, and everything you could need including a steam table, Imperial range with 36" Griddle, Captive Aire hood system with Ansul Fire Suppression, and refrigeration.

WE Ice Trailer Upgrades

A local town favorite, WE Ice makes shaved ice treats locally here in the Tri-Cities, WA area.  We were hired to build a custom sink solution for this trailer, unlike anything you'll find in any other trailer.  Custom welded bottle racks, and self contained 3 sink solution with fresh, grey water tanks and a water heater.

Hugo's Black Food Trailer

This 26' food trailer was the perfect example of a trailer built per our specs.  Ordered with certain features from the trailer manufacturer, this trailer is armed to the teeth with a massive cookline, AC unit, dish pit and prep area, and other nifty features.

Completed in early 2020, La Monarcha is the third food truck in a fleet of 3 for a customer in Walla Walla, WA.  This was by far our best build yet.  Armed with a custom roof, 9ft Hood System, and built in Diesel 12kw power tech generator, this truck can cater large events with ease.
